Appointments

 

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM until 5:00PM. In addition, we see patients as late as 6:00PM on some weekdays. Regular appointments can be scheduled up to eight weeks in advance. Urgent appointments can be scheduled daily. Emergency appointments are seen immediately.

We make a sincere effort to honor your appointment time. We appreciate the value of your time and try to avoid long delays in our office. We ask your understanding for occasional delays that may occur. If timing is critical to your schedule, please notify the receptionist. She will make every effort to resolve the matter. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify our office as early as possible so that your visit can be rescheduled.

Yearly and follow-up appointment reminders will be mailed to you one to two months prior to the time of your scheduled visit.

An appointment is not necessary for a pregnancy test. The test can be done in our office any weekday before 3:00PM.

Emergencies

 

One of our physicians is always on call to provide 24 hour emergency coverage for our patients. If you think your problem is life threatening, dial 911, or go to the nearest Emergency Room. If you are uncertain of the severity of your problem, call our office telephone number any time of day or night.
